• Bookings to be made a minimum of 1-2 months in advance to secure the date and theme of choice. Dates can also be booked as far as a year in advance to allow for payment plans.
• A non-refundable deposit of £200 is required to secure your booking.
• Payments for the remaining balance may be made in instalments. Your credit or debit card will be kept on file and can be automatically charged for any remaining balance.
• Bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of the deposit and a completed and signed booking form, signed electronically by both parties.
• The remaining balance (if applicable) must be paid in full no later than 14 days prior to the event date.
• Any further changes or additional requests made after the original agreement must be documented and re-signed electronically via an updated booking form. Any made after the final balance is paid in full within the 14 days prior to the event it will be at Party Bubbles Co. discretion solely, to refuse or limit any such requests.
